Referral Process

All clients must be registered on My Aged Care to refer to the Gippsland RWV CNC's. Clients then nominate their local District Nursing Service (DNS). Once they are a DNS client, the client can self-refer or staff at that service can request a review by the Regional Wound Consultant. The Gippsland Region has two part time RWV Clinical Nurse Consultants
